Daniella’s practice has concentrated in the areas of civil litigation including premise liability, automobile negligence liability, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, and landlord-tenant disputes. Primarily representing Plaintiff(s), Daniella has represented a wide variety of individuals in multiple counties throughout the State of Florida including, Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe, and Palm Beach. Daniella has litigated against nationally recognized insurance carriers and state-wide municipalities, and has obtained plaintiffs’ verdicts by jury trial, both individually and as part of a trial team. During her time as a certified legal intern at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s office, Daniella also represented individuals charged with multiple felonies.

Her practice includes first-party property insurance representing insurance carriers, third party tort defense of insureds in homeowners, commercial and automotive cases and construction/product liability defense.
